RAW SPACE EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors in raw spaces must set up their stands in such a way as to avoid damages to other participants.
Since exhibit areas do not have partition walls, every exhibiting company must, at its own expense, design its stand in such a way as to include these walls to separate its stand from neighbouring exhibitors’.
Stand fittings must include also floor carpeting and stand’s furnishing.
Stand fittings must not damage the esthetic and visibility of nearby stands, in particular, in case of island stand (4 open sides) and peninsula stands (3 open sides), stand fitting must limit the use of perimetral walls.
Stand fitting must be approved by the Organizer and/or Ferrara Fiere which reserves the unquestionable right to assess the advisability of granting authorization.
All 2-sided graphics must be positioned at a minimum distance of 2 metres from the boundaries with adjacent stands.
The order form for electricity and water supply are included in this manual.
All exhibitors with raw space must complete and submit appropriate forms.
HAND-OVER OF RAW SPACE STANDS
Stands must be completed by 7.00 p.m. of May 22, 2012.
Exhibitors shall ensure that the chosen stand furnisher undertakes to respect the above-mentioned deadline by including a completion clause in the contract.
READY STAND EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors who purchased a ready stand are requested to fill in the appropriate form for indicating the company’s name for the fasciaboard. The sign will include the company’s name only (no logo) in standard lettering.
HAND-OVER OF READY STANDS
Stands will be made available of exhibitors on May 21, 2012 and must be completed by 7.00 p.m. of May 22, 2012.
STAND MOVE-OUT DAYS AND HOURS
Friday 25 may 2012 from 6.30 p.m. till 8.00 p.m.
Saturday 26 may 2012 from 8.00 a.m. till 7.00 p.m.
Sunday 27 may from 8.00 a.m. till 7.00 p.m.
Monday 28 may from 8.00 a.m. till 7.00 p.m.
MOVE-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Neither exhibitors nor appointed contractors are permitted to dismantle any part of their exhibit before the official closing time of 6.30 p.m. on 25 May 2012. Freight entrances will only be opened after the show has been officially closed till 8.00 p.m. only for removal using trolleys. On May 25 it is forbidden for transport vehicles to enter the fairground. All disposal of waste materials, etc… during the move-out period is the responsibility of the individual stand contractor concerned.

READY STANDS HAVE TO BE CLEARED BY EXHIBITOR’S EXHIBITED PRODUCTS BY AND NOT LATER THAN 7.00 p.m. OF 26 MAY 2012 IN ORDER TO PERMIT THE STAND DISMANTLING.
EXHIBITOR’S PASSES
Exhibitor’s passes will be issued to all Exhibitors and the staff manning their stands,
The Exhibitor’s passes and the car parking ones will be issued by the Secretariat’s Office starting from the first day of preparation.
The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the correct use of these documents and the behaviour of those who use them.
CATALOGUE-GUIDE FREE ENTRY
The filling of form 12 – Official exhibition catalogue free entry – is possible only on-line by linking to our website www.accadueo.com – Exhibitors – Forms.
In order to enter to the reserved area for filling-in the form, it will be necessary to digit password and userID that will be communicated by appropriate mail.
The information will be reproduced on the catalogue-guide without any further check by BolognaFiere S.p.A.
The data will be included in alphabetical order (A-Z).
Under your company’s name you will see the symbol ACCADUEO, CI ACCA QUATTRO, INDUSTRY depending on the trade sectors you indicated.
The catalogue-guide of the exhibition will report, next to the name of each exhibiting firm, a short description of not more than 500 characters (in Italian and English) of its production or activity following indications by the firm itself.
If you fail to send us your indications, only your corporate name will be included.
The organisers also if granting the main accuracy in the production of the catalogue-guide, decline all responsibility in case of mistakes or omissions.
The data reported will refer to application forms received and accepted up to 45 days prior to the Exhibition opening date.
SURVEILLANCE AGAINST THEFT – LIABILITY FOR THEFT AND DAMAGE – INSURANCE - EXEMPTIONS, ASSUMPTIONS AND LIMITS OF LIABILITY
When the halls are open to the public, the Exhibitor must supervise his/her stand in person or by means of his/her staff. Although Ferrara Fiere provides a general day and night surveillance service in the Fair District for the duration of the Salon and for all the days provided for set-up and knock-down of the stands when the Fair is closed to the public and to exhibitors, Ferrara Fiere is released from any and all liability with regard to any theft and/or damage that the Exhibitor may suffer.
The Exhibitor will be liable to Ferrara Fiere for all direct and indirect damage that may for any reason be attributed to him/her or to persons working for him/her (including damage caused by set-ups or systems installed by the Exhibitor or by third parties he/she has hired for such purpose, even if inspected by Ferrara Fiere).
Damages suffered by the Exhibitor as a result of theft or damage, even when the halls are closed to the public (including on all days provided for set-up and dismantling of the stands) will be paid by means of insurance coverage.
