Maintenance and investment activities are still among the least digitalised processes within utilities. Monitoring workflows and the management of data collected in the field often continue to rely on traditional tools and practices, resulting in information loss, delays and difficulties in tracking progress in real time.

Bludigit presents the evolution of its WorkOnSite (WoS) platform, a solution designed to collect, validate and share field information in a structured way. WoS provides complete visibility into ongoing activities and automates quality checks, ensuring compliance in the execution of works and real-time visibility of field operations. Thanks to WoSeye – the AI solution integrated into WorkOnSite, trained on data from over 90,000 construction sites and already monitoring more than 100 activities simultaneously every day – inspections are automated, improving quality and reducing operational workload. These figures demonstrate that achieving water sector efficiency is no longer simply about choosing a software solution, but about managing operational complexity through intelligent agentic AI assistants.
