The rich exhibition section, characterized by innovation and the sustainability of the water cycle, where companies will present their solutions, will be accompanied by a high-level conference program, where sector operators will have the opportunity to update and inform themselves on industry news.
Who it is aimed at: The Beneficiaries
The measure is intended for SMEs registered in the Italian Business Register and with an operating headquarters in Lazio. Companies lacking the general admissibility requirements are excluded.
What it funds: B2B Fairs and Internationalization
The call funds participation in international B2B (Business to Business) fairs, such as Accadueo, which will take place between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
The Subsidy: Economic Parameters and Concessions
The grant is non-repayable (direct monetary subsidy) and is awarded under the De Minimis rule.
What is the value of the voucher? The fixed contribution is €15,240.00 per single fair up to a maximum of three, structured as follows:
- €12,700.00 lump sum for running costs (space, setup, registration).
- €2,540.00 (20% flat rate) for personnel and travel costs.
Utilizing the voucher to participate in Accadueo allows companies to alleviate the cost of the stand and enhance their presence in a highly specialized context, which involves utilities, water service managers, institutions, regulatory bodies, designers, and technology companies committed to water management innovation.
The Deadlines: When to Submit the Application
The procedure is an evaluative process based on a ranking list with points assigned according to specific satisfied requirements. The time windows for submitting the application are as follows, managed via the GeCoWEB Plus platform:
- Application form available online: from 12:00 PM on October 21, 2025.
- Application submission opening: from 12:00 PM on October 28, 2025.
- Application submission closing: by 5:00 PM on November 28, 2025.
